Feebris CEO Elina Naydenova joins TechRound’s healthtech roundup to discuss the future of remote monitoring.
Elina joined TechRound alongside a number of other industry leaders to discuss the growing healthtech sector and where they think it's headed.
Elina discusses how Feebris have always been concerned with how access to healthcare can be delivered in some of the most challenging environments for the most vulnerable patients. She shares Feebris' journey from enabling the early detection of respiratory issues in children in urban slum communities in India and now in the UK to rapidly assess and triage health issues in patients with co-morbidities, such as elderly patients in care homes.
The pandemic has accelerated the embedding of technology across patient pathways. The challenge for healthtech is to prove that new workflows created during the pandemic are here to stay. Innovators should continue to improve the usability, performance and health economic benefits of their solutions. Technology itself is only a tool. Healthtech needs to focus on solving problems with solutions and services that can be agile and adapt to the capability and capacity needs of our overstretched health and social care services.” - CEO and Founder of Feebris; Elina Naydenova.
